DL #1 is CleanMyMac version 1.10.4, released March 27, 2012.

DL #2 is a list of serials for this application. The "Name" field must
be the same as the username on the account used by your Mac (you can
always just create a new account for CMM).

DL #3 is version 1.7.3

MacPaw currently sells a similar version for older Macs titled
CleanMyMac Classic, however despite claiming compatibility that
version crashes on my MacBookPro1,1 running 10.4.11. It also will not
launch on Macs running 10.9 or later. This version does not exhibit
any of these issues and has done an excellent job tidying up my older
Macs.

This version won't run on Catalina or newer (and isn't the best
version for Mavericks or newer), I'd recommend purchasing CleanMyMac X
or the previous CleanMyMac 3 for those machines.
