Apple Hardware Test for PowerMac G5 has at least these version numbers
(made 2003-2006):

2.1 , 2.2.5 , 2.5 , 2.5.2

Downloads 1&2 are the same All-In-One compilation, dL optimized for
manipulating its image from within OSX & OS9 respectively. All-In-One
v0.7-PMG5 houses AHTs v2.5.2 , 2.5.0 , 2.2.5 , 2.1.0 plus it has "ASD
OF" versions 2.6.3 & 2.5.8 all on just one bootable or burnable volume
plus a runtime menu for choosing among its AHT/ASD versions. The
included ASD programs are useful for G5 Thermal Calibration and for
Extended Test of video-ram. This has been arranged as verifiable open
source edits all made by an enthusiast ; the AIO image not an apple
endorsed product, nonetheless *contains several essential AHT bug-
fixes; the "ReadMe" file in the dL explains.

Consider using AHT without discs. Apple's original method of booting
AHT had been one version per disc you had to burn, and then Apple's
original versions could encounter trouble running unless patched in
ways found here. Explore this All-In-One solution.

dL #3 &up are library archives of original unmodified images or
original download files. If you grab these you will find all images
are empty of files and potentially useless to you because files had
been hidden by apple and these images are limited in ways that the AIO
isn't.

AHT 2.5.2-PM runs on All models of PowerMac G5 computer and is also
the highest version, with the best information about graphics cards
and other things.

The last two DLs are the German version of AHT 2.1.1 and 2.2.5 as
found [on German installation DVDs][1].
