Answer is a simple INIT & CDEV manager for the early Macintosh. It is
mentioned in relation to the more well-known [INITPicker][1] in The
Macintosh Small Business Companion (1989) as a way to quickly disable
and enable INITs and CDEVs (Control Panels) without having to manually
move them in/out of the System Folder.

This download was retrieved from Giga-ROM 4.0 and repackaged as a
StuffIt 1.5.1 archive and encoded as BinHex 4.0.
