Creative Tools
Flash Professional has many creative tools to help create better
animations and effects. These include the FlashType font rendering
engine, filters, blend modes, custom easing control, ActionScript 3.0,
a new Bones tool for inverse kinematic animation, and an object-based
animation mode.

Adobe File Import
Import documents from Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and
Illustrator into Flash with complete layer information intact. Select
specific layers to import and edit text layers from within Flash. Use
the new XFL file format to exchange work between CS4 apps.

Video Options
Flash Professional features the high-quality H.264 video codec. A
standalone video encoder is included, the Adobe Media Encoder,
providing access to advanced video options including alpha channels
and embedded cue points.

Device Central
Device Central is designed to help developers create Flash Lite
applications for display on mobile phones, PDAs and other portable
devices. Device emulators will show exactly what the Flash project
will look like on a specific mobile device, going so far as to emulate
its processing power and memory. Control the application using a
clickable interface that reproduces buttons and controls on emulated
device. The included library of devices is limited to those that
support Flash Lite.

Though all Creative Suite apps and suites met the end of their
extended support on May 31, 2019, and Adobe has informed all previous
customers that [their licenses have been withdrawn][3] on May 10,
