Acorn is a fast, easy-to-use image editor that imposes little
overhead. Version 4 was released in 2013.

DL #1 contains v. 4.5.6, released in 2015
DL #2 contains v. 4.5.5, released in 2015
DL #3 contains v. 4.5.4, released in 2015
DL #4 contains a shell script to register.

Later versions 4.5.x will be uploaded subject to the 10 year rule.

To register the application using the shell script, do the following:

1) Launch the Acorn application and then quit (This will create a
suitable plist file)

2) Double-click the file "Register_Acorn_v4" contained in DL #4. This
will open the Terminal application and run the script that will enter
the registration name and number into the plist file.

3) Launch the Acorn application and it will be registered.

Note: These steps are necessary because if you try to register from
within the application, it will attempt to contact a registration
server.

A version for modern Macs can be purchased from the [developer web
site][1].
