Another clock for the Mac. aClock is a skinnable analog clock that can
float over all your other applications and has an alarm. All downloads
come with some pre-made skins.

The 1st download is a customised MacAddict edition of version 2.0.1.
Version 2.0.1 was released in 1999 for SSW 7.5.3

The 2nd download is version 2.5.2, released in 2000 for Mac OS 8-9.x
but it will run in SSW 7.5.3 if the [Appearance Manager][1] is
installed.

The 3rd download is version 3.0.1 for Mac OS X, released in 2002

Version 2.5.2 contains a Skin Guide on how to make skins, but I expect
that it is version-specific because the skins for 2.0.1 and 2.5.2 are
not interchangeable. However, I suspect that each set of skins could
be made to work with the corresponding non-compatible version with
some tweaking using ResEdit. The [old author web page][2] for version
3 mentions a skin builder application (aclock_skin_builder_1.0.0.hqx)
, but it seems to be lost.

This is shareware, but it is no longer possible to register, so here
is a SN that works for both v. 2.5.2 and 3.0.1: 8365qre14
