3D Maker allows you to take any picture and apply various 3D filters
to it. These filters include emboss, and a 3D glasses filter.
To use 3D maker, simply open a picture, select the region to apply to
filter to. Select a filter type, adjust the X & Y offsets and then
choose convert.
