Internet NEXTplorer - brandnew gopher browser for Next.

I've begun dedicated version of gopher browser for Next and
there is first version that you can try or do something on
this base.

I had wrong ideas that it isn't possible but as you can see - it
working now.

Browser still haven't file downloads(cause disk operations are slow and
there is uart's buffer runaway happens).

I have solution for this problem and it will be implemented in
next versions.

Mouse support also one of the next features. It will be cool feature
but more "useful" features are more important for me.

Binary build also placed here.
