4 - 1 piece of ginger (or 2 tbsp of dried ginger) | |

8 - 2.5 dl red lentils | |
9 - 2 tbsp curry powder (hot) | |

12 - 4-6 kaffir lime leaves (or substitute with 3 laurel leaves) | |
