1 # Ingredients |
|
2 - 300 g beetroot, grated |
|
3 - 1 (red) onion, finely chopped |
|
4 - 2 cloves of garlic |
|
5 - 25 g rolled oats |
|
6 - 2 tsp paprika |
|
7 - 2 tbsp wheat flour |
|
8 - 2 eggs |
|
9 - 1 tsp dijon mustard |
|
10 - salt & pepper |
|
11 - optional: cooked corn |
|

13 # Procedure |

14 1. Remove liquid from grated beetroot |
|
15 2. Mix with remaining ingredients |
|
16 2a. Add more rolled oats if wet |
|
17 3. Fry on medium heat |
