I was nervous to try this one because the can looked generic and
uninteresting. However, the beer was surprisingly light and
refreshing for a porter. It was almost like an iced coffee or a
frappuccino. The flavor of the porter was definitely detectable,
but it tasted more like 5% ABV than the listed 6.8%. For some
reason I feel like this would be the perfect beer to take on a
picnic or to the beach. Not that I'll be either of those things
any time soon in the middle of December :(
- Would I buy it again? Yes
- How much could I drink in one night? A six-pack easily
