Today's beer is a more drinkable version of the Juicy Tree brew that
I had on day one. The spruce tips are still the dominant flavor, but
the pale ale comes through as well and the flavor is straightforward
and clean. It's still bitter tasting though, and feels a bit like
drinking crushed up pine needles. I don't think that this style of
beer will ever surpass the status of a holiday novelty drink.
- Would I buy it again? Probably not
- How much could I drink in one night? One bottle
