This directory contains ALAN: the Adventure Language, comprising |

documentation, a compiler and an interpreter. |
|
As of ALAN 2.7.0 the compiler is now included in the freely distributable |
|
package. See file ANNOUNCE in any of the archives for details. |
|
|
|
Note: The documentation files are no longer part of the interpreter packages |
|
but should be downloaded separately. |
|
|
|
The version 2.7 interpreters cannot run version 2.6 games; |
|
interpreters and documentation for version 2.6 are in directory 'old'. |
