Please note: This is not the quickest solution, or the only one. It makes use of helper verbs that essentially do a bunch of steps for you in one, but you could reasonably try (for example: check mail is equivalent to opening the mailbox, getting the mail and closing the mailbox)). It also does a few non-essential actions that makes the game fuller.
