INN Session with INN stakeholders [1]

A Session with INN stakeholders will be held prior to each INN Consultation at WHO HQ in Geneva. The purpose of this Session is to improve communication between the INN Expert Group and the INN stakeholders, by giving interested INN stakeholders the opportunity to briefly present their arguments on outstanding requests or policy issues.



The Session of the 80th INN Consultation will take place on Tuesday, 18th March 2025 from 09h00 to 10h30 (time slot to be confirmed). After this Session, the INN Expert Group will immediately proceed to the closed INN Consultation (which is not open to the INN stakeholders).

INN stakeholders who wish to make a presentation may be given the opportunity to do so within the timeframe that will be allocated to them (bearing in mind the overall time limit of one and half hours). In this regard, the time allocated to each invited presenter will obviously depend on the number of INN stakeholders interested in participating in and making a presentation at the Session. IFPMA members are encouraged to submit their EOI through their Organization. EOIs from international umbrella/membership organizations will be given preference over EOIs from national or regional umbrella/membership organizations.

The deadline for sending an expression of interest (EOI) to participate in the Session of 18th March 2025, together an indication of the topic of any intended presentation and any relevant background documentation is Monday, 3rd February 2025.

Note: The submission of an Expression of Interest does not automatically mean that the organization in question will be permitted to attend this Session of the INN Expert Group. WHO reserves the right in its sole discretion not to invite or re-invite an organization that submits an Expression of Interest, and may ask this organization to replace its representative(s). More specifically, attendance is restricted to INN stakeholders with an interest in the topics under consideration at this session. Each representative attending this Session will be required to respect the confidentiality of the presentations made (including the presentation made by the organization itself) and discussions held at this Session (including by signing a confidentiality undertaking to that effect).
