In preparation of the WHO/World Bank Second Global Dialogue on Sustainable Financing for NCDs and Mental Health in Washington DC, 18-20 June 2024, the World Health Organization is hosting a Multistakeholder Briefing.



Purpose of the Multistakeholder Briefing

The Multistakeholder Briefing on 15 March 2024 marks the starting point of the web-based consultation and provides interested stakeholders and partners with key background information on the upcoming WHO/WB Second Global Financing Dialogue, including:

Context, process, engagement options, and timeline of the four-week, web-based consultation; and

Outline and emerging main themes of the draft technical background papers.

Participants

The Multistakeholder Briefing is aimed at non-State actors (as defined by WHO’s Framework on engagement with non-State actors (FENSA)), United Nations funds, programmes and organizations, and other relevant intergovernmental organizations, and financing institutions.
