The Faculty of Arts are seeking to appointment a Manager, International Strategy for 12 months

About the role

The Manager, International Strategy is responsible for proactively developing the Faculty of Arts International strategy including the coordination, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan. This includes developing relationships with key international partners, providing leadership in the identification, development, nurturing and management of these relationships. The Faculty has a strong framework of international partners and will work in coming years to enhance and support the Faculty to achieve its research, teaching and learning, student recruitment and engagement priorities which will enhance its international recognition and positioning. Key to success in this role will be the translation of opportunities which emerge from connections into successful, ongoing relationships

About you

You will have a graduate qualification in a relevant discipline and experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. A high level of cross-cultural awareness and the proven ability to work effectively across cultures within an international context. You will also have substantial experience in partnership development, engagement and maintenance, especially in the international sector, including the ability to provide strategic advice to key stakeholders
