$97,910 to $138,078 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Wagga Wagga
We are currently seeking an academic to teach a range of subjects in the Bachelor and Master of Information Studies courses and to engage in cutting-edge, industry-oriented scholarship and research.
The successful candidate will be joining the discipline of Library and Information Studies in a newly formed School of Information and Communication Studies and will benefit from engaging in work that makes meaningful cultural, social, educational and economic contributions to society.
The successful candidate would normally be required to work at the Charles Sturt campus at Wagga Wagga, although in some instances a flexible working arrangement, where the candidate is based off-campus in another location in Australia, may be negotiable.
To be successful you will have:
A doctoral qualification relevant to the discipline or equivalent accreditation and standing
A record of research relevant to the discipline
Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality student centred learning and teaching
Sound knowledge and understanding of Library and Information Studies, with the ability to teach and research in various areas
