RT DE is going to court to appeal the decision of German media regulator to block the channel from broadcasting. A Spanish newspaper leaks what it claims is the US-NATO response to Russia's proposed security guarantees. The document refuses to keep Ukraine out of the Alliance - something Moscow said it would not tolerate. While the European Union is still dreaming of going all green, its commission recognizes gas and atomic energy sustainable resources - despite alarms from environmentalists that it contradicts aims of tackling climate change.
