Patients in the UK are reportedly having to wait up to 50 hours for a bed in accident-and-emergency wards as the pandemic puts fresh pressure on hospitals. US social-media giant Facebook has to shell out millions in a 'discrimination case' after 'giving preference' to hiring 'foreigners' over Americans. UK schools are installing 'facial-recognition cameras' in canteens to make it 'easier' for pupils to pay for their dinners. Some parents, though, think its a 'violation of privacy'. RT joins Russia-led military drills along the Tajik-Afghan border, where tensions soared after the Taliban seizure of power.
