Six deaths and multiple injuries in a shooting at a university in Central Russia. The alleged attacker has been detained. One student describes what he saw. The suspect was arrested by a single police officer who entered the building after he heard about the gunshots, he risked his life to stop the man, who also fired at him. A 'sorry' is not enough, and neither is the money - the family of 10 Afghan civilians killed by a US airstrike demands 'justice', yet Washington says 'no one will be punished' for the deaths. Almost there - more than 99 and a half per cent of the votes are now counted in Russia's general election, with ruling party - United Russia - holding a strong lead.
