Russia's high-level economic forum in St-Petersburg hits top gear with President Vladimir Putin taking part alongside the leaders of Austria and Qatar. There's consensus at the forum that wide-spread vaccination is the only way to get the global economy back on its feet quickly. Guest speakers highlighted the hurdles we face as we try to return to normal. No economy without energy: the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline is back in the news, this time with Russia's energy minister expressing high hopes of its completion by the end of the year. That after President Biden waived sanctions on the European project, saying they were counter-productive.
