EU Foreign Policy Chief Urges Bloc Not To 'Close The Door' On All Russians [1]

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell says the European Union should avoid a blanket visa ban on Russian citizens wishing to travel to member states. He made the comments in an August 29 interview with RFE/RL's Rikard Jozwiak ahead of an EU defense and foreign ministers meeting in Prague. They are due to gather in the Czech capital to discuss new measures against Russia amid its ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
