2 Coronavirus patients in the intensive-care unit of the Bagdasar-Arseni Hospital in Bucharest on October 19. Intensive-care doctor Claudiu Rusu told Reuters on October 19 that hospitals in the capital were stretched beyond capacity. "There isn't enough room to take all the cases that need us," he said.
