Two ProPublica partner projects received honorable mentions from The Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing in their Best in Business awards recognizing excellence in business journalism.

"With Every Breath: Millions of Breathing Machines. One Dangerous Defect." a collaboration with the Pittsburgh Post Gazette received honorable mentions in the health/science category, medium division and the investigative category, medium division.

"Checked Out: How L.A. Failed to Stop Landlords from Turning Low-Cost Housing into Tourist Hotels," a collaboration with Capital & Main received honorable mentions in the real estate category, medium division and the investigative category, medium division.
