Three WEC Complaints against the Obama Cartel
Author Name, ProPublica
2022-05
Stone v. Obama et al
These three Wisconsin Election Commission complaints that Candidate Stone filed against the Obama cartel are very similar to his Federal Election Commission complaints.
Candidate Stone’s WEC complaint is against Michelle Obama and 8 former members of the Obama White House who run a nonprofit called When We All Vote (WWAV). WWAV identified 4 million high school students who would become eligible to vote before the 2020 presidential election. WWAV awarded $5,000 to high schools–in mainly Democratic cities in swing states–who registered the most voters. For example, WWAV awarded $5,000 to Golda Meir High School students in Milwaukee. WWAV’s prom-athon contest was a veiled voter registration drive in which high school participants received monetary awards to pay for their proms.
WWAV also sponsored joint food and voter registration drives in large cities in swing states, such as Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Philadelphia, etc. WWAV held its Milwaukee food and voter registration drive at the Fiserv Forum.
WWAV also supported “early voting celebrations” in which participants received food, beverages, and entertainment within walking distance to early voting polling places. After eating and drinking at WWAV’s expense, WWAV volunteers walked soon-to-be-early voters to the early polling places to vote. WWAV sponsored early voting celebrations in multiple Milwaukee locations. It is election bribery and election fraud to offer something of value to get people to register and vote. Stone v. Jarrett et al.
Valerie Jarrett is All In Campus Democracy Challenge’s Chair of the Board; Kyle Lierman, CEO; and Tina Chen, Treasurer. Jarrett, Lierman, and Chen are former members of the Obama White House who are using All In Campus Democracy Challenge to recruit college students to vote for Democrats. All In’s goal is to institutionalize voter registration and voting for college students.
All In awards prizes to colleges, college students, faculty and staff on the basis of their voter registration and voting records. All In contests and awards are veiled voter registration and get out the vote drives. All In also asks student voters to submit voting commitments, voting plans, and join voting squads. All In’s GOTV methods rely on peer pressure and cognitive dissonance to induce college students to vote.
During the 2020 presidential election cycle, the State of Wisconsin had 18 colleges that participated in All In’s student voting contest. All In asked college president’s for a 100% commitment to “reaching full student voter registration and voter participation.” Nine of the 18 Wisconsin college presidents committed 100% to striving for full student voter participation and nine president’s did not make such a commitment. 124,562 out of 161,030 Wisconsin students attended a college whose president received an All In award for 100% Commitment to voter registration and voter participation. Candidate Stone believes it is wrong for Wisconsin college presidents to commit 100% of their students to register and vote without first receiving their consent. Stone v. Barrett et al.
Michelle Obama’s organization When We All Vote has an initiative called Civic Cities. Obama has recruited mayors from across the country to share voting information and increase voter turnout in cities that typically vote for Democrats. For two years CTCL Executive Director Tiana Epps Johnson was a fellow at the Obama Foundation where she learned how to get out the Democratic vote from Barrack and Michelle Obama. A few weeks after Johnson completed her Obama fellowship, she started to dole out her CTCL grants of $8.8 million to the Zuckerberg 5 cities.
As with When We All Vote, CTCL used the Obama method of recruiting mayors of Wisconsin’s five largest cities to initiate the Zuckerberg 5 grants. The Zuckerberg 5 mayors taking charge of the 2020 presidential election is contrary to Wisconsin election law. Wisconsin clerks, not mayors, are the only officials who are vested with the power and duty to conduct Wisconsin elections. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway were one of Michelle Obama’s Civic Cities founding mayors.
Most people associate CTCL with Mark Zuckerberg or Zuckerbucks; however, the real wizards behind CTCL’s grants are Barrack and Michelle Obama. Without the Obama’s recruiting, training, and funding CTCL’s Director Tiana Epps Johnson, CTCL and J0hnson are virtually non-entities.
The Stone v. Barrett et al. complaint names CTCL, its Executive Director Johnson and Director Whitney May as respondents. Wisconsin statues 5.68 (1) and (2) requires municipal clerks to pay for the costs of elections.
There are four reasons why CTCL was responsible for paying the Zuckeerberg 5’s election administration expenses allegedly in violation of Wisconsin statues 5.68 (1) and (2). 1. The Zuckerberg 5-CTCL Agreements required the cities to spend their CTCL grant money on election administration expenditures exactly as was stated in their CTCL Agreements. 2. CTCL required that the Zuckerberg 5 cities must receive CTCL’s permission to change any part of the election administration funding agreements. 3. If the Zuckerberg 5 cities reduced their clerks’ budget, CTCL required the Zuckerberg 5 cities to reimburse CTCL the amount of the clerks’ budget reduction. 4. Only CTCL could void the Zuckerberg 5-CTCL Agreements at its sole discretion. To read or download the complete complaint, please see below.
