Bronx gun case unravels as officer admits to tainted evidence and past misconduct; judge scolds DA for withholding cop’s file

A transcript of court testimony showed that Habib admitted that one gun was moved from where it was found and put in a box, with money on top of it, before photos were taken or the weapon was tested for fingerprints or DNA. He also admitted that a second gun was moved. No money was ever vouchered.
