President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a video conference call with President of the Republic of Paraguay Santiago Peña Palacios.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the position of Paraguay on Russian aggression against Ukraine.

"I thank you for your support of Ukraine, our sovereignty and territorial integrity at the United Nations level, for supporting our resolutions," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

The Presidents discussed the situation in the Middle East. The Head of State noted that Ukraine is ready to assist Paraguay in the evacuation of citizens from Gaza.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy informed Santiago Peña Palacios about the meetings at the level of national security advisors and political advisors to the heads of state on the points of the Peace Formula. The President of Ukraine emphasized that our country plans to hold a global summit on the implementation of the Formula and invited Paraguay to join its preparation.

"We must demonstrate to the world that we have a plan and are committed to peace, and all our people want peace," the Head of State emphasized.

The President of Ukraine invited the President of Paraguay to join the summit of the Ukrainian humanitarian initiative "Grain from Ukraine" to be held in Kyiv on November 25.

The leaders discussed further steps to expand cooperation between Ukraine and Paraguay, as well as to deepen Ukraine's relations with other Latin American countries.

For his part, the President of Paraguay reiterated his support for Ukraine, which he expressed in his inaugural speech and in his speech at the UN General Assembly.
