President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Rishi Sunak.

The Head of State spoke in detail about the course of hostilities. The interlocutors discussed the defense needs of Ukraine and further cooperation in expanding the capabilities of the Ukrainian army on the battlefield, particularly through long-range weapons.

The President thanked Rishi Sunak for organizing the Ukraine Recovery Conference to be held in London on June 21-22 and for the UK's leadership in consolidating international support for our country.

The parties coordinated their positions on the eve of the NATO Summit in Vilnius. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of providing Ukraine with concrete prospects for membership in the Alliance. Steps to implement the Ukrainian Peace Formula and prepare security guarantees for our country were also discussed.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about Russia's ramping up of missile production using Western components and emphasized the need to increase sanctions pressure.
