Celebrate facts with the Poynter Institute and its Pulitzer Prize-winning fact-checking enterprise PolitiFact at United Facts of America Sept. 27-29, 2022.
Streaming live from the heart of Washington, D.C., straight to your devices, this second annual festival of fact-checking features three forward-thinking days of meaningful discussion about the role of facts in our everyday lives.
Members of Poynter and PolitiFact’s teaching, reporting and executive teams will host leading voices from a variety of perspectives to discuss disinformation campaigns ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, the importance of fact-based voting, and holding the powerful to account — especially during times of crisis.
Tune in as experts from journalism, academia, politics, big tech and health care shed light on the issues concerning voters from the economy and inflation to climate change and gun laws. Get the facts about key topics dominating headlines directly from subject matter experts.
This virtual festival is for everyone interested in fact-based expression, civic engagement and the role of facts in a free society. Grab your ticket to come celebrate facts with us!
