F.5 FINESST has been updated in several ways: Text in Sections 2.3 and 2.6 were moved for clarity, no changes to requirements or scope. clarifying language related to SMD citizen science was added to Section 2.6. A link to a NASA video on Biographical Sketches and Current and Pending Requirements was added to Section 4.1.6, and a sentence about the opportunity provide a revised budget was added to Section 4.1.10. In Section 12.14 budget instructions were clarified. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through. The Due date is unchanged: Proposals are due February 5, 2025.
