Payloads:

In-Space Production Application – Pharmaceutical In-space Laboratory – 02 (InSPA-PIL-02): Sample cassettes were removed from Modules B and C and were prepared and stowed for return. A cassette from Module A was removed and installed into Module C. More information on this experiment can be found here.

Cardiobreath BioMonitor: The BioMonitor hardware and garment were donned and data was recorded during Cycle Ergometer with Vibration Isolation and Stabilization (CEVIS) System exercise operations. More information on this experiment can be found here.

Genomic Enumeration of Antibiotic Resistance in Space (GEARS): GEARS sample media plates 1-8 were processed for DNA sequencing and purification inside the Life Science Glovebox (LSG). Plates 9-16 lacked sufficient growth to be used and were trashed. More information on the current experiment (GEARS) can be found here.

Solid Fuel Ignition and Extinction – Material Ignition and Suppression Test (SoFIE-MIST): The SoFIE Heat Flux Radiometer was adjusted to position A. More information on the current experiment (SoFIE-MIST) can be found here.

Systems:

Transfer Cargo Dragon Cargo Operations: Today, the crew continued preparing and transferring cargo from ISS to the SpaceX-30 cargo vehicle. SpaceX-30 is scheduled to remain at the ISS until NET April 27th before it undocks to return cargo and payloads to the ground.
