Estonian Foreign Minister calls for EU to ban Russian citizens — Meduza [1]

In a visit to Ukraine on Thursday, Estonian Foreign Affairs Minister Urmas Reinsalu called for the EU to implement a territory-wide ban on issuing travel visas to Russian citizens as part of its next round of sanctions. “We have to raise the cost of Russian aggression through additional sanctions, weapons and by increasingly isolating Russia,” he said.
