CPD RIDES AGAIN

The comic depicts hoards of Chicago police officers after receiving 17 million dollars in DOJ funding for equipment and personnel (in anticipation for the 2024 Democratic National Convention). The hoards of boys in blue show off their expensive new bicycles – one officer radios in requesting more bells, while another excitedly points out that his bike came with one. In the background, officers zoom around on their new bikes, with one riding up a skyscraper and another marveling at the four-speed gears, exhausted from pedaling. In the background, a large, cartoon monster with sharp teeth is seen lurking behind a building, hiding in the chaos.
