Join the El Paso Matters Book Club for a powerful evening of history, memory and cultural storytelling featuring author and historian David Dorado Romo. This free, public event will delve into Romo’s latest book, “Borderlands and the Mexican American Story,” which reexamines the U.S.-Mexico border through long-overlooked Mexican American perspectives.

Conversation and Q&A with author David Dorado Romo on borderlands history.
Audience questions exploring themes from “Borderlands and the Mexican American Story.”
Live performance by Los Liminals, blending music, poetry, and storytelling.
Book sales and signing with Romo, including “Borderlands” and other titles.
