With @realDonaldTrump reposting fake images of @taylorSwift13 endorsement we should see restructuring of the AI debate: “who cares if it’s AI, look at the impact”

Personally I think that Taylor, if she’s going to endorse anyone at all, should leave it until early November for maximal impact; and in the meantime she should use some new Tennessee laws to sue anyone who spreads such fake endorsement, not to mention spark some “state regulation of speech” first-amendment lawsuits against the Tennessee state government to attempting to chill software tools development.
If AI is a platform, the intent and purpose of the people who use it should be that which is at stake; LLMs & GenAI should be covered under Section 230.
