Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (RCDMS) [1]

Support manage natural or man-made catastrophe or major disaster supported by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The work includes clearing and removing disaster generated debris. Tasks will normally include: (1) separating debris, (2) loading the debris, (3) hauling the debris to an approved dumpsite, and (4) dumping the debris at a debris reduction site. When necessary, other materials such as sediment, storm surge over-wash materials, land slide materials, flood fight materials and other obstructions may be removed as directed. Typical separation categories include household garbage, construction debris, vegetative debris, regulated asbestos containing materials (RACM), household hazardous wastes, white goods, and electronics.
