ABC edited Tyler Robinson's initial court hearing video, or is it something else? [1]

I just watched "The Behavioral Arts" video on YouTube. Behavioral things, in my opinion, are somewhat questionable, but that is not the point.
He found a discrepancy in the ABC News video and the KUTV 2 News video. The discrepancy is quite small, but notable.
In ABC, Tyler nods after the judge says, "Tyler James Robinson intentionally selected Charlie Kirk because of Tyler James Robinson's belief or perception regarding Charlie Kirk's political expression." The nod is after the word "expression".
The judge continues, "That concludes the reading of the information". In KUTV 2, the nod is after the word "information".
The ABC video looks more out of sync. Did ABC edit it? Or is it a different source of recordings, and the connection is bad on one of the sources? Or one of the sources edited the recording?
