PWB Thursday fun [with cute ~ lots of cute...] [1]

It’s been long time since I did a PWB diary; my diary history says 2009. I’m hoping it’s like the bike riding cliche so that this provides some amusement for some of you.

So loosen your tie (if you are unfortunate enough to be wearing one), kick off your shoes (watch your aim, please - no wee beasties should be hurt in this process....), and let me know what beverage you'd like to have pushed through teh 'Toobz with your fresh-out-of-the-oven Scottish shortbread (selection includes some fancy organic herbal tea, western Maine spring water, and that half-full bottle of some delicious Moscato from last weekend......).

A gentle reminder of how we do things:

Do not troll the diary. If you hate pootie diaries, leave now. No harm, no foul.

Please do share pics of your fur kids! If you have health/behavior issues with your pets, feel free to bring it to the community.

Pooties are cats; Woozles are dogs. Birds... are birds! Peeps are people.

Whatever happens in the outer blog STAYS in the outer blog. If you’re having “issues” with another Kossack, keep it “out there.” This is a place to relax and play; please treat it accordingly. There are some pics we never post: snakes, creepy crawlies, any and all photos that depict or encourage human cruelty toward animals. These are considered “out of bounds” and will not be tolerated. If we alert you to it, please remember that we do have phobic peeps who react strongly to them. If you keep posting banned pics...well then...the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.

First, since it has been a while, let me introduce my current wee beasties, follwed by some Star trek themed fun..

First, Scout. He’s now 9 years old and a bit of a goofball. My first foster fail, from Responsible Pet Care. Pictured here the day I got him, with three littermates, scrawny but opinionated, and now.

Then there's Flora. Oh, excuse me ~ Princess Flora Caledonia and her faithful companion Lady Esmeralda Floofytail, to be exact and complete. Also a foster fail, I got her and her four very orange brothers when they were 3.5 days old. She’s now 4 and very much her own person cat.

She's a warrior mouser princess. Part Maine Coon, part Labrador Retriever ~ playing fetch with her springs keeps her [and me] occupied.

The ‘now’ picture does not do her tail justice ~ it’s seriously floofy!

Now, some Star Trek themed LOLcats. Holdign out for a future that is more Star Trek like in compassion and care for people, animals, and the environment. Star Trek’s worlds aren’t perfect, but its vision of Earth and human society is defintiely better than what we have now.
