Furthermore, it is reported that Putin told both Krasnov and his bag man Witkoff that Russia only needs a few months to wrest away the rest of Donetsk oblast from Ukraine. Thus, Krasnov first giving Putin 50 days only to be followed up by a series of risible “two weeks” warnings … one after the other. Krasnov actually still believes Putin and his now frazzled army can take Pokrovsk and the “Fortress Belt” cities in two to three months?:

In what year exactly? Certainly not in 2025. It ain’t happening.
Some one forgot to inform the Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief, General Syrskyi and his young and able cadre of corps commanders. They are steadily turning the recent much ballyhooed Russian 15km advance at Dobropillyia northeast of Pokrovsk into a trap in which they have already chewed up a significant number of Russian troops, collected many prisoners(and intelligence) and are now steadily forming two more kettles into which they are baiting and funneling any Russian attempt to either rescue their trapped comrades or widen the salient. As Syrksyi himself said yesterday:
"We have found a way to crush them," May it be so.
