New Day Café: Soup, Glorious Soup [1]

It’s getting to be that time of year again! And — except for the Beef Barley Soup and the White Bean & Sausage Stew — all of these can be made vegetarian. Indeed, the last two already are!
That’s the best thing about soup: although recipes are included, you really can make them to your taste, instead of slavishly following someone else’s recipe.
