We have been fed lie, after lie, after lie. . . [1]

Last week I told a story at The Moth in Chicago, the Theme of the night was LIES.

I told a story about all the LIES that are told to immigrants and natural born citizens, to people of color and white people, all the LIES we are fed to keep us fighting among ourselves, instead of fighting against the system.



As the criminal Donald J. Trump ramps its attack on democracy, the attacks by his administration on immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers are also incrementing.

Under the guise of fighting crime, the Trump GOP has illegally mobilize the National Guard to arrest homeless, and Undocumented people in D.C . Soon they plan to do the same in other cities in the USA including Chicago. Even after the courts have deemed those actions as illegal. Even after Governor JB Pritzker and the Chicago Mayor's Office have denounced those actions.

At first, they claimed to only want to detain "criminals" but that was NEVER true, the reality is another. They are arresting people at immigration courts, at their place of work, and schools. They have even attempt to kidnap naturalized immigrants and natural born citizens, not to mention their evil intent to take away birth right citizenship.

To the racist Trump administration any immigrant of color is a criminal.

We must fight the LIES and the criminal, racist and illegal actions of the Trump administration.
