The truth that people like you and by like you I mean racist pieces of shit like you do not consider Black folks like me or other ethnicities to also be US Citizens. Sen. Schmitt at NatCon 5: What Is an American?

You’ve managed to speak for 25 minutes and never mention slavery or Blacks but you did manage to talk of George Floyd and call those who protested his murder “Anarchists” an amazing feast in and of itself. Not many could speak about the history of the US and never mention the slave trade, truly a masterful presentation in the field of avoidance and misdirection.

Now Sen. Schmitt, let me tell you about my United States, the one called the land of opportunity, you know the opportunity that your German ancestors sought when they immigrated here in the 1840’s, the one called the land of the free and the home of the brave, I’m not surprised you did not mention those for you’ve never enacted an act of bravery in your life.

I am as American as you Sen. Schmitt, the blood of Black ancestors has fed this soil just as much as your ancestors Mr. Schmitt if not more so. Our ancestors toiled this land, worked this land, built this nation much more than yours did Mr. Schmitt!

And even though this administration has managed to create itself in the image of racism and bigotry, so much so that looking at the images of the present occupant of the white house signing bills and executive orders are void of any melanin, you cannot and will never erase us from this history, this present or the future of this country that we call home Mr. Schmitt.

Racists pieces of shit like you Mr. Schmitt have never felt shame so to claim that you are tired of being ashamed is beyond laughable. You are proud Mr. Schmitt of the darkest passages of the history of this country; you keep souvenirs and mementos much like seral killers do. That pride is the reason you bemoaned the removal of statues and names of other racists pieces of shit like you Mr. Schmitt, that’s why you consider them heroes, the very memories of their actions send shivers of delight and envy down your back, I would have said spine but Mr. Schmitt you have none.

The level of imbecility embedded in your speech reached its apex when you mentioned the will of the left to modify language, even as you spoke Mr. Schmitt in a language that your ancestors would be hard pressed to understand because words and language Mr. Schmitt evolve just like humanity, I will forgive you for not knowing this Mr. Schmitt for it seems that evolution has bypassed your family.

The only thing you seem to know about this country Mr. Schmitt is that your ancestors once came here in the 1840’s and you’re still stuck in the 1840’s as most of the rest of us have moved on with the times and did something which you find difficulty doing, it’s called growing up Mr. Schmitt, you should try it, it does wonders in curing bigotry and racism.

I would address more of your “speech” Mr. Schmitt, but truly it is beyond my ability to address empty phrases and imagined history. As previously mentioned though, I do admire your ability to speak for 25 minutes straight simply to say Americans are white people and white people only and this administration will do their damndest to remove every nonwhite person from this land. That is quite the feat Mr. Schmitt, but be warned Mr. Schmitt, while you do not consider us to be US Citizens, we are in fact Mr. Schmitt US Citizens and we will not be removed from OUR lands.
