Two explosions ripped through a Russian military base. But this base is in Khabarovsk, a city on the Amur River north of Vladivostok and right along the Chinese border.
Ukrainian intelligence is claiming credit for the strike on a unit that participated in the Russian attack at Bucha.

The Russian strike on the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv could have been a lot worse.
The Iskander’s 450 kilogram warhead failed to detonate.
x 😳⚠️ On September 7, the Russians did not hit the Cabinet of Ministers building with a "Shahed", but with an Iskander-K missile. Its warhead did not explode, - Defense Express ❗️The fire was caused by the ignition of fuel from the missile tanks.

I hope the dog is OK.
Two bridges blown up by using a drone to detonate a stack of anti-tank mines.
This video is being posted in many places but I can’t tell if these are two new bridges or if this is old video from earlier strikes. Are Russians stupid enough to keep stacking mines under bridges?
Even if this is old, the video is spectacular.
Makiivka is northeast of Donetsk.
Ukraine finds one of Russia’s T-90 tanks.
Zarichne is a village north of Bakhmut and northeast of Slovyansk.
Speaking of Bakhmut, these Russians are taking “a little walk” through the city.
x "Right now we're in Bakhmut. Or rather, what's left of it. Maybe we'll find something useful." Russian-occupied Bakhmut, Donetsk region. Russian soldiers looting (they call it "a little walk") furniture from the apartments to set up "a medical room."

This is how Russia honors its war dead.
x In Yakutsk, a woman came to visit her brother’s grave — a soldier killed in Putin’s so-called “special operation.” Instead of flowers and silence, she found… bare ground. The entire cemetery had been bulldozed flat.👇

Makes you wonder how they pulled this off without people seeing it.

When you have to wash your hair in a puddle.
Another 910 Russians and five tanks.
I’m sure they were all just terrible accidents.

Another Russian first — suicide by decapitation.
x Russian media reported that Alexey Sinitsyn, head of K-Potash Service, was found decapitated in Kaliningrad. He is at least the 19th top manager in Russia to die under mysterious circumstances, following similar deaths of executives from Gazprom, Lukoil, Novatek, Transneft, and Uralkali.

Speaking of dead guys and soon-to-be-dead guys, this video shows naked Russians taped to poles at the front like some kind of human sacrifices to Ukrainian drones.
WARNING: The video shows naked dudes.

It wasn’t that long ago that vodka was dispensed as an essential part of a Russian soldier’s diet.
x The Red Army issued daily vodka rations to soldiers during the Winter War against Finland and later in World War II to help them cope with extreme combat stress and cold. The "People's Commissar's 100 grams" was intended to quickly replenish energy and was sometimes used before or after an attack.

The cornerstone of Russian foreign policy for centuries has been the idea that the rest of the world is out to destroy Russia.
x Lavrov is making thinly veiled threats at the West: "They messed with the wrong people. And what amazes me is that the West still can't draw any lessons from centuries of history in the context of its repeated attempts to restrain, subdue, and punish Russia."

The Central Europe Russian Ass Kissers Club is now in session.
x 🇭🇺🤔 Orban: The US recognizes it can’t beat China economically, Russia has won in Ukraine, and Europe is weak and divided. The West has lost its values; true “Western civilization” now survives in Central Europe.

Erik Prince should not be allowed anywhere near any Ukrainian company.
Let’s check in on the Russian economy and see how things are going.
Oh, look! Here’s a business that’s booming.
And Russia has found a cure for inflation.

And Russia figured out how to end those gas lines — no more gas.
x Russia: All gas stations have been completely out of gasoline for 3 days in Sokolsky District, Nizhny Novgorod region. Residents are having to travel to neighboring cities to fill up their cars and fuel canisters.

The gas crisis is also affecting Russia’s military.
x 2/ As previously reported, disruption to fuel supplies has spread across Russia as a result of the Ukrainian drone strike campaign against Russian refineries. Russian warblogger Anastasia Kashevarova reports on the situation in occupied Ukraine: — ChrisO_wiki (@chriso-wiki.bsky.social) September 8, 2025 at 10:32 AM
3/ "Gasoline collapse in the DPR and LPR [Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic]. Huge 2-3 hour queues at gas stations. Resellers sell a litre for 200 rubles ($2.45). A litre of A-95 gasoline reaches 90 rubles ($1.09) at gas stations, or even more. 4/ "In May 2024, I wrote that Ukraine was methodically knocking out oil refineries, gas stations, and fuel depots in the frontline and near-front zones. Because of this, a gasoline collapse is being created. 5/ "Despite reports from regional authorities that the problem has been resolved, this is not the case. There are currently queues at petrol stations in the LPR and DPR, petrol is expensive, and it is impossible to fill up a full tank. 6/ "But the issue is particularly acute for the military. There is no military petrol either. Sometimes something is delivered, but evacuation teams are refuelled first. The military refuel at regular petrol stations and at their own expense. 7/ "This is because the enemy has destroyed many warehouses and military petrol stations. No one really hid them. They did not change the locations of the petrol stations. Fuel was stored in one place, without even attempting to change these locations. 8/ "But there are many traitors and informers in these territories, and all the coordinates are passed on and surrendered. As soon as petrol is delivered, even to a secret filling station, a crowd of military vehicles gathers there and the coordinates are immediately… 9/ …passed on to the enemy. We have been at war for four years now, so we need to be smarter and more cunning. We must not put all our eggs in one basket.
They didn’t need all that pesky data anyway.
