Gaza City-Netanyahoo's Stalingrad [1]

Israel’s IDF is good at fighting short conventional wars with tanks and fighter bombers. Bibi’s attempt to capture and hold Gaza City is going to be a much harder nut to crack. With Gaza City being already reduced to rubble, tanks and aerial bombs are not going to be of much use there. Hamas snipers will hide in the debris targeting Israeli foot soldiers thereby driving up the casualty count.
During the attack many thousand more Palestinians will die due to starvation, shooting and bombing and the lives of Israeli hostages held in Gaza City will be lost. In the meantime by its actions the image of Israel as the world’s only Jewish state will plummet.
The Gaza City attack is intended by the current Israeli government to keep it from falling by forcing the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank and annexng of these areas by Israel. A majority of American and Israeli citizens oppose the continued war in Gaza. It’s time to for us all to demand the end of the Gaza War and oppose the Gaza City attack which will not turn out well for either Israel or the world.
