Tax the rich [1]

Richard Wolff is a professor of economics at University of Massachusetts Amherst who is not a fan of current capitalism who has a YouTube channel where he basically lectures to explain the issues of the day.

I think this YT does a fantastic job of looking at the relationship between workers and employers and government so we can all understand the government debt and what it might be reasonable to do about it.

It also explains how the US empire is collapsing and will not be coming back. It is over. In other YT’s he explains why Trump was popular, but I particularly like this one as it explains how money works.

I really have nothing to add, have little commentary to add, I just think it gives an excellent explanation of the situation we are now in, a view of the “what’s what” we need to grasp as we decide “what it might be reasonable to do about what’s what”.

We need to tax the rich.

There are many issues we face but this one is fundamental to the future of the country and we need to explain why. This video does exactly that.
