BREAKING/Liveblog: Donald Trump to Give Live Oval Address @ 2 PM ET; How Will He Look? [1]

This story is still developing, but according to multiple sources Trump is going to give a live address in under an hour.
Assuming nobody on staff starts a liveblog to cover, I’ll be watching and this can suffice.
There is little about this in mainstream news. The Hindustan Times had an article about it hours ago, but I don’t find them to be a reliable source. Now the Independent is reporting on it, so I’m considering it confirmed pending an official statement otherwise.
UPDATE: Now there’s articles on CNN I found, so the word is getting out. According to reports, the DoD has said the announcement will be about the relocation of Space Command from Colorado to Arizona. That is the official reason, but speculation is rampant that he is giving this address to quell rumors about his health after a quiet and private Labor Day weekend.
I suppose we’ll find out soon enough if that is the reason for his appearance, but even if that’s the only reason he’s doing this it still gives us a chance to see his current condition.
