The State of African Diaspora joins FANA's Inter-Tribal Court System [1]

“Whereas the FANA Member Nations are the heirs, inheritors, upholders, possessors, protectors, and sovereigns of the inalienable, inherent, natural and sovereign rights, laws, customs, traditions, and resources that were perpetually accorded by the Freat Spirit the Creator of All Living Things to their Ancestors, Clans, Clan Mothers, Great Warriors, Principal Chiefs, and Spiritual Leaders who have waked the earth before them;……”
“Be it now affirmed and accepted that in accordance with Article XI of the Constitution of the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas, the FANA Principal Chiefs Council has restructured, re-formalized, and reestablished the FANA Inter-Tribal Court System in accordance with the provisions of the Articles set forth in this Amendment…”
The above paragraphs are from FANA’s Amended INTER-TRIBAL COURT SYSTEM. The restructuring and reestablishment of their court system have now made it international with the addition of the State of African Diaspora, which signed the Amended document on May 16, 2025, and became a FANA member nation within their court system.
