No, ICE Is Not Just Like the Gestapo [1]

A lot of people have been openly comparing ICE to the Gestapo of 1930s and 40s Nazi Germany. It’s important to understand the differences between the two group. This chart shows these similarities and differences.

I don’t mean to downplay either the terror and bloodshed caused by the Gestapo, nor the ruthless lawless cruelty of ICE. But one is a part of a dark horrible chapter in world history and the other is a rapidly burgeoning threat that can still be stopped and relegated to history itself.
