The WSJ was doing its actual job yesterday.

I saw it picked up by MSNBC, and it appeared on Reuters, The Hill, Politico, CNN, CNBC, CBS News, and elsewhere in the MSM.

Breaking Yesterday afternoon

I’m not going to get deep into this story, but Jen Psaki told us last night that the Law Enforcement Subcommittee of the House Oversight committee took up a proposal from Ranking Member Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA12) to subpoena the Epstein files. This is a totally MAGA-controlled subcommittee, but MAGA is furious about the Epstein files, so the motion passed, 8-2. The result of the subcommittee vote is that the full Oversight Committee will get all of the files covered by the subpoena, and will then have a loud and public and embarrassing-to-Speaker-Johnson debate over what the public gets to see. Not just when the House reconvenes early in September, but when the leaks start springing all around, from (anonymized, of course) law enforcement, DoJ, and Congressional staff.

This next is definitely Gud Nuz, but what about the rest of them? The Marines? ICE? CBP?
